Practice // Process
My art is relational. Born in communion with the Earth, my body, and the mysteries that surround us, my work unfolds at the intersections of art, spirit, and ecology.
I draw my inspiration from the surrealism of dreams, the natural rhythms of Earth, absurd observations in the day-to-day, and surprise revelations that emerge during contemplative practice.

My creative process moves through a cycle of listening, expression, refinement, and release. I follow what feels alive, allowing form to emerge through playful improvisation until the essence of what calls to me is illuminated.
In this way, I approach art making as a co-creation with mystery. By cultivating this intimacy with the numinous and ineffable I become its steward, allowing it to be witnessed, felt, and shared.

Ultimately, my work is an invitation into deeper sensual presence. It asks us to inhabit an embodied consciousness where we remember the love, wonder, and dignity that flows through all existence.
Whether through a poem, a melody, a shaft of light through glass, or a stitch of embroidery, I seek to illuminate the threads of our interconnectedness, revealing how we belong to ourselves, to each other, and to the breathing world.
