Curriculum Vitae

Nico Gargiulo is an interdisciplinary artist, facilitator, and consultant dedicated to fostering creative and cultural renewal rooted in right relationship with the Earth. Her artistic practice and strategic process are animated by her belief that robust imagination and ecological consciousness are essential tools for liberatory change. Grounded in contemplative practices such as dreamwork and meditation, she is devoted to restoring connection within the self, between communities, and with the living Earth.

Nico offers courses, workshops, private consultation, and speaking engagements on topics ranging from creative process to systems design to collective transformation. Her consultancy framework, The Cycle of Impeccability, supports individuals and organizations in moving from creative paralysis into clarity, coherence, and embodied possibility. She brings both structure and soul to her work, drawing on her background in education, nonprofit leadership, grassroots organizing, and expressive arts facilitation.
