Art + Spirit
As I walk the path of Sacred Artist I’ve come to experience the realms of Art and Spirit as two blossoms of the same root. Whatever resonant form “Spirit” takes in your life (The Universe, Earth, The Cosmos, The Divine, God, The One, The Great Unknown), it is my deep belief that we create Art through Spirit and that Spirit is illuminated through our Art… We are Divine Channels in collaboration with The Cosmos.
A great joy of my life is supporting folks on their artistic + spiritual journeys. I’ve facilitated classes, workshops, programs, and 1:1 sessions for over a decade. These offerings incorporate a combination of the techniques and modalities listed on this page, as well as divination (tarot, astrology, lithomancy, runes) and playful intuition.

My artistic journey is intimately linked to my relationship with embodiment and somatic processing. I utilize a variety of techniques including vocalization, meditation, creative writing, qigong, active imagination, ecstatic dance, altar building, and more.

I received my certification as an Abortion / Reproductive Doula in 2021. I offer support to individuals navigating the emotional and logistical terrain of all reproductive experiences, including abortion, miscarriage, birth, parenting, infertility, contraception, sexual trauma, and more.
